Shamanic Journeying

With grace and ease we journey to the depths of our souls.

We begin by experiencing a guided journey with shamanic drumming. Connecting in, opening and enquiring.

Cacao Ceremony

With grace and ease we start to heal the parts of us which are unresolved.

Working with the spirit of Cacao, you’ll experience a beautiful Cacao Ceremony. Cacao is a feminine energy that is gentle, loving, kind, and tends to work subtly with whomever she is partnering with. Although a plant medicine, Cacao is not psychoactive, and she won’t take you anywhere you’re not ready to go!

Embodied Movement 

With grace and ease we move our bodies to the rhythm of life.

Experience the delights of embodied movement, without judgment or structure, enabling your energetic body to harmonise with nature’s natural rhythm. Increasing your ability to BE in your body, IN the present moment and FEEL all of its sensations – supporting you to reconnect with who you are at your core.

Kundalini-inspired Yoga & Meditation

With grace and ease we open our hearts to more love and compassion.

With Kundalini-inspired movement, meditation & mantra we will open and receive deep healing for the heart chakra.

B-Dynamic Breathwork

With grace and ease we use the body’s medicine – the breath. You’ll experience B-Dynamic Breathwork to release suppressed emotions that can manifest as stress, anxiety, anger, shame, heartache (and more). It will leave you feeling cocooned in a bubble of pure relaxation. This is a deep healing modality.

Time to Journal 

With grace and ease we unburden ourselves. Throughout this experience we will encourage you to journal, to integrate, to feel, to share, to release.

Relaxation 

With grace and ease we surrender and let go.

Time for integration, deep relaxation and a group energy healing.
