We will open this healing circle by setting our intentions and invoking the 4 elements through ancient rituals.

B-Dynamic Breathwork

This is a facilitated session to trigger your body’s natural healing system and a specific breathing technique to release unprocessed emotions through breath, energy, movement and sound vibration. This technique works on a spiritual, physical and emotional level.

If we continually suppress and repress emotions, eventually we explode! If you’ve ever been witness to, or personally experienced, an explosion of emotion that appeared to be triggered by something relatively insignificant this is often the result of suppressed emotions.
B-Dynamic Breathwork is a deeply healing modality that takes place by releasing emotions, memories, wounds and trauma without having to relive them.

This method creates a way to safely release these dense emotions with can manifest as anxiety, stress, fear, sadness, guilt, shame, heartache and anger. The body, the mind and the soul know what needs to be released, letting go and letting flow without experiencing the original trauma that created the emotional state in the first place.
We don’t need to know what it is, we can simply trust the medicine of the breath and let go……….

Medicine

Cacao is a sacred, heart-opening medicine that has been used in ceremonies for thousands of years by tribes in South and Central America. This ceremonial grade cacao that we use in our retreats and rituals is unprocessed and alive in spirit, with a soft feminine energy and powerful healing effects. On a physical level, cacao can help us form new neural pathways in our brain to release serotonin and dopamine bringing feelings of joy and bliss. 

It’s also full of beneficial minerals such as magnesium, copper, zinc, iron and B vitamins.

On an energetic level, cacao helps to open the heart and release blocked emotions and stagnant energy.

This beautiful heart-opening ceremony will take you on a journey to feel more love, joy, compassion, creativity and connectedness.

We will drink together, move together, breathe together, laugh together and maybe cry together 🙏🏻
