At Beachyjax, we can guide you on your mindful journey with a little support from Louise. She teaches mindfulness to businesses and individuals and is running our five-week Mindfulness Course.
Your Mindfulness Coach
Louise Harris is a qualified Ashtanga Yoga teacher and is our Mindfulness Coach. She’s a huge yoga fan and has practised yoga for over 20 years, believing it is a gift to share with others.
Louise incorporates mindfulness into her regular Ashtanga yoga classes at Beachyjax as well as teaching mindfulness as a life-enhancing practice.
What is mindfulness coaching?
Mindfulness is simply a way of training the mind to increase our ability to pay attention to the task at hand and to our experience (both internal and external) on a moment by moment basis. This allows us to achieve a more relaxed, clear and focused mind.
We’re offering a five-week programme to teach the background and principles of mindfulness, plus how to use and embed the practice.

How mindfulness coaching works
The benefits of practising mindfulness are well-documented and evidenced, they include:
