Jacqui is a huge fan of a variety of breathwork practices having personally had numerous profound experiences and witnessed many in others.
She has practised her teachings since 2017 and believes it is a gift to share with others.
What is B-Dynamic Breathwork
This is a hands-on session with guided support to trigger your body’s natural healing system and a specific breathing technique to release unprocessed emotions through breath, energy, movement and sound vibration. This technique works on a spiritual, physical and emotional level.
If we continually suppress and suppress and suppress emotions, eventually we explode! If you’ve ever been witness to, or personally experienced, an explosion of emotion that appeared to be triggered by something relatively insignificant this is often the result of suppressed emotions.
B-Dynamic Breathwork is a deeply healing modality that takes place by releasing memories, wounds and trauma without having to relive them.
This method creates a way to safely release these dense emotions. The body, the mind and the soul know what needs to be released, letting go and letting flow without experiencing the original trauma that created the emotional state in the first place.
We don’t need to know what it is, only trust we have let go.

How it works
Most of us, at some point, ‘lock down’ emotions in our bodies through fear of expressing them, which can harbour feelings of resentment, anger, shame, grief, sadness or guilt. Emotion is simply energy in motion and when we resist expressing emotions they become embedded in our nervous system layer after layer after layer. This can impact our emotional state and often results in feelings of anxiety, stress and depression to name a few. The good news is that by changing your breathing pattern you can start to shift the stuff you have been hanging onto!
In modern medicine, we are often prescribed drugs to deal with symptoms that mask the cause rather than getting to the root of the issue. B-Dynamic Breathwork can be a shortcut to a transformational experience.
Having had a profound personal breathwork experience in 2017 during shamanic ceremonies, Jacqui developed B-Dynamic Breathwork which is a fusion of a variety of powerful healing modalities.
